Fried steak with black pepper and onions

Measures:

Cut each piece of carpaccio in two.
Blend soy wine that is yellowish, sauce and 1 tablespoon. Oil-café with meat.
Finely chop the onion. Smash the entire black pepper.

Set the remaining oil in a frying pan, heat the oil over moderate heat, add the steak pieces when the oil is not merely cool, but not hot.
By separating the steak pieces from each other blend gently.

ingredients
  • 400 grams of beef
  • H MARINADE
  • 3 tablespoon. soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon. cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon. sugar
  • 2 tablespoon. oil
  • 2 tablespoon. water
  • H ALSO
  • 3-4 onions
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • Oil for frying (preferably peanut)
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Sesame oil

Preparation

The beef thinly cut (works best if it is slightly frozen). The ingredients for the marinade mix, pour over the meat, mix and leave to marinate at least half an hour.

Meanwhile cut the onions into thin rings, peel the ginger and chop finely. Oil in the wok, the onion rings and fry the ginger with soy sauce approximately one and a half minutes while stirring. Remove from wok.

Again give oil to the wok and heat well, the meat stir fry until it is just about through. The onion-ginger mixture and cook again briefly fry together with stirring.

Conclusion about giving the sesame oil and serve immediately with rice and a day to a couple of other Chinese dishes.
